BMW Modifications  will accept returns for unused products within 30 days from the time that the order was placed.

If a product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used and there will be a 20% restocking Fee

After 30 days Non-stocked items will only be accepted at the discretion of BMW Modifications. Any returns accepted by BMW Modifications outside the 30 day return policy time frame will only be issued a  store credit.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees unless otherwise stated. The original shipping fees are non-refundable (items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable).

All returned products must be new, unused, unopened sealed and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, hardware, etc. If new or unused returns are received damaged at BMW Modifications, we will notify you and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for poor packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping courier including Stolen Packages.

Returns on all items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% (some product(s) are shipped direct from our suppliers, in these cases your return may be subject to an additional restocking fee assessed by our supplier).

Before any product is returned an RMA must be issued prior to returning ANY product.

NO returns on custom built , modified, electrical , Tail lights, and Headlights . You must email us first certain circumstances apply .
